Our community recently experienced the rich tradition of Navajo dances, which fostered a deep sense of connection and storytelling. Ryedale Largo and his Dine’ Youth Dancers provided a comforting and educational experience, sharing the background of each dancer and the significance of their performances.
We enjoyed two social dances where guests could participate in the blessings and engage with the dances at their own pace. The evening was complemented by a delicious dinner provided by Aaron Tree. The event concluded with attendees leaving feeling satisfied and enriched, having gained new knowledge, cultural insights, and a sense of harmony.
