Last Thursday, June 29, we had our Annual Family Field Day- Remembering Our Ancestors!
Participants shared stories, got their bodies moving and engaged in:
-Turkey Hunting
-Salmon Fishing
-Lacrosse
-Shinny
-Haul your water and fire wood, make your fire and water your horses
-Bear, Salmon, Mosquito
This was a wonderful experience to come together and strengthen our community.
Special thank you to our volunteers, the Special Diabetes Program for Indians and everyone who shared their ancestors with us through our Ancestry Board.
