Patient Requirements for Screening

Must be female, 40 years of age or older.

Must not have had a mammogram within the past 12 months.

Note: Screenings only. Breast concerns such as lumps, discharge, or pain should be evaluated by a doctor.
Insurance & Cost Information

Insured: Free annual preventive health screening, covered once a year for patients with full in-network coverage at University of Utah Health.

Uninsured / Under-insured: If you are low-income, uninsured, or under-insured, you may qualify for a voucher from the Utah Breast & Cervical Cancer Program (UCCP).
