The Pfizer and Moderna Vaccine is available for new and established UICSL members, as well as ANYONE living in the same household. The vaccines are being administered at the UICSL. Please call 801-486-4877 to schedule your appointment!
COVID-19 testing is also available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. An appointment is required.
