Free COVID-19 testing is now offered daily at the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake. TeleHealth appointments are required before any COVID-19 appointments.
You must be registered at UICSL or an eligible new client or patient. You will receive your results within a few days by phone from one of our medical team members.
Appointments are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
